Jim is a litigator who brings high-impact cases; cases involving fraud and unfair trade practices, copyright infringement and lender liability and real propery claims, class actions and mass torts. He has extensive experience litigating before both juries and judges, and regularly appears in federal, state and bankruptcy courts.

Jim represents businesses in Subchapter V bankruptcies and is a board certified specialist in business bankruptcy law. He serves as a Bankruptcy Trustee in small business cases in the Middle District of North Carolina, and is also a NCDRC Certified Mediator focused on mediating bankruptcy and financial litigation cases. Before forming JC White Law Group, he was an attorney at one of the state’s largest law firms handling business litigation and bankruptcy.
