Jonathan T. Dickerson blends thoughtful research and writing skills with a customer-centered mindset to provide each of his clients with an explanation of their case that is effective and clear.

Before returning to school to earn his law degree Jonathan worked as a recruiter at a startup firm and with a non-profit in the Raleigh-Durham area. His passion for serving others led him to UNC School of Law, where he served as an editor and DEI committee member of the North Carolina Law Review. He also completed over 100 hours of pro bono work.

Jonathan grew up in eastern North Carolina and has a genuine appreciation for the different backgrounds that shape people’s perspectives. When he works with clients, he uses that appreciation to understand their goals and to provide affordable solutions to their legal problems

Now a resident of Durham, North Carolina, Jonathan has remained active within his community. He has worked with elementary schools by recruiting mentors to work with students, and he has even served as a tutor himself. His wife is a public-school teacher in the Durham Public Schools system, and the two look forward to raising their son in the community. They are also both members of Rebuild Church.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys reading, watching basketball, and the occasional snowboarding trip.
