Senior Bankruptcy Attorney

We are looking for an attorney who wants to practice business and personal debtor bankruptcy in a small, growing, client-focused legal boutique firm.

Our bankruptcy practice is focused on  business Subchapter V bankruptcies, but we also represent individuals in personal bankruptcies.  This attorney will work in all of these areas, and be responsible for our consumer bankruptcy practice.   Our firm works in high-impact litigation and bankruptcy, so there would be the opportunity to work on litigation matters as well.  

Successful applicants will:

  • be admitted to the North Carolina Bar,
  • have strong writing and communications skills and a demonstrated interest in the mission of the firm,  
  • have experience practicing in bankruptcy court (essential)
  • have experience working with debtors in bankruptcy (strong plus)
  • have experience in complex litigation in state and federal courts (strong plus)
  • have transferrable clients who are commensurate with the firm’s mission.
