Cloud-based legal practice management allows smaller law firms to use technology to cut costs and waste, increase workplace efficiency and become nearly paperless, with the result that they can compete successfully against larger firms.  My two-attorney law firm in North Carolina strives to be completely paper-free, with everything from our phone system to our billing and records—and even our notes—stored safely and securely in the “cloud.”
